Job Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician with our client just outside Falkenberg, you will be an important part of the production within the food industry. You will work to ensure that the client's production equipment operates optimally and contributes to a safe and efficient production.

Your main job responsibilities include:

Preventive maintenance of machines and production lines
Troubleshooting and repair during downtime
Ongoing improvement work of technical solutions
Collaboration with the production team to minimize downtime
Documentation of completed work

The position is full-time and the work is scheduled in shifts. Additionally, you will also be on call every fourth week, which means you should be able to be on-site within an hour if needed.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with education or experience in industry, automation, vehicles, electrical engineering, or another technical field. Experience in food production is an advantage.

Requirements for the position:

Driver's license and access to a car
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Ability to participate in on-call duty according to schedule

Meritorious for the position:

Experience with TIG and/or stick welding
Electrical knowledge
Forklift license

As a person, you are curious and technically interested. You enjoy working closely with your colleagues and understand the importance of good collaboration in a production environment. At the same time, you are self-driven, take initiative, and have the ability to push your work forward.

Furthermore, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a structured approach to work. The work takes place in an environment that can be demanding at times, for example in cooled areas, which requires both precision and endurance.
